EmpowerHer is designed for adolescent girls, female identifying and gender-fluid youth, ages 13 to 18, who are navigating emotional, social, or personal challenges and need support in building resilience, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging. The program is particularly suited for youth who may struggle with low self-esteem, social isolation, identity development, or difficulties managing stress and would benefit from a structured, supportive environment focused on personal growth.

By combining evidence-based practices with creative, peer-driven activities, EmpowerHer provides adolescents with the tools to strengthen emotional regulation, build healthy relationships, and develop a sense of purpose, helping them thrive both individually and within their communities.
