Tietricha Thomas is a facilitator for EmpowerHer, where she helps create safe, supportive, and empowering spaces for girls to learn, heal, and thrive. With a background in psychology and extensive research in organizational culture and leadership, Tietricha blends evidence-based knowledge with hands-on experience as a nonprofit leader and mentor. She has dedicated her career to advancing resilience, equity, and mental wellness, particularly for young people navigating complex challenges.
In her role as facilitator, Tietricha not only guides group discussions and activities but also models trauma-informed practices that foster trust, community, and growth. She supports participants in developing life skills, building confidence, and embracing their own strength, ensuring every girl feels seen, valued, and equipped to navigate her future.

Lauren Grace Williamson
Lauren Grace Williamson brings creativity, compassion, and calm to every EmpowerHer session. She’s an experienced facilitator, artist, and podcaster who loves helping people express themselves and discover what makes them shine.
Lauren has led community dialogue programs, taught art-based workshops, and supported others through her work as a trained end-of-life doula -showing her deep commitment to empathy, listening, and growth. She’s also the host of a podcast where she explores meaningful conversations about life, purpose, and connection.
With a background in communication, social justice, and expressive arts, Lauren creates safe, creative spaces where teens can reflect, connect, and thrive. Her warm, inclusive energy helps participants feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead with confidence.
