Rise Up Together is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping adolescents thrive after hardship by fostering resilience, self-confidence, and a sense of purpose. Through research-based programs like EmpowerHer, we provide tools, support, and community to help young people rebuild self-esteem, strengthen relationships, and discover their potential—to move beyond challenges and create brighter futures.
